At TPE, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item (for example, a shirt print coming off), please email us at [insert your customer service email] with clear images of the fault within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once assessed, if the item is deemed genuinely faulty, we will happily offer you a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing:
Due to our manufacturers' COVID-19 policies, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We encourage you to please choose carefully before purchasing.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed upon approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

TPE Lost & Stolen Property Policy

At TPE, we take great care in dispatching your orders, however, once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility.

Please note:

  • We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of postal carriers or couriers.

  • We are not liable for delivery delays, including those caused by COVID-19 disruptions.

  • Any issues regarding lost, stolen, or delayed parcels must be taken up directly with the courier or postal service responsible.

We recommend selecting tracked shipping options where available for added security.
